By using any service offered by Unison Transfers (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “Unison Transfers”), you agree to these terms and conditions. Your agreement is confirmed when you submit an enquiry by email or phone, use our online booking form, or make use of any Unison Transfers services.

These terms apply to all private or group transfers, referrals to other transfer service companies or tour operators, and any other services provided by Unison Transfers or our partners.

Airport and Private Transfers

Our chauffeurs will greet you with a name board at major airport arrivals, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast Airports. Meeting points are clearly communicated when booking. For international arrivals, our drivers meet you about 30 minutes after your flight lands, and for domestic, about 15 minutes after arrival. Our chauffeurs typically arrive at pickup locations 10 minutes before your scheduled travel time.

Cancellations and Refunds

We offer a 100% refund (minus card/transfer fees) for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your travel time. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be refunded up to 50% of the fare. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours of travel or for no-shows.

Late Flights and Alternative Arrangements

If your flight is delayed, we do our best to arrange alternative transport at no extra charge, but if we incur additional costs, these may be invoiced to you. If our vehicles are fully booked, we may use reputable contractors or taxis. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all passengers.

Luggage and Liability

Please ensure all luggage is clearly labeled. Unison Transfers is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage or personal items. If you are traveling with oversized baggage, let us know in advance so we can organize suitable transport.

Service Interruptions

While we work hard to provide reliable, safe transport, there may be unexpected delays due to traffic, weather, accidents, or other unforeseen events. We are not liable for any delays, and we recommend allowing extra time for your journey, especially during peak periods. Passengers should arrive at the airport at least three hours before international flights and two hours before domestic flights.

Mobility and Road Conditions

If you require a wheelchair-accessible vehicle or have mobility needs, please contact us before booking to confirm availability. For trips involving mountain or unpaved roads, inform us at the time of booking as extra fees may apply.

Booking and Payment

Services can be booked online at https://unisontransfers.com.au/ or by phone at 0401 605 940 (within Australia) or +61 0401 605 940 (international). Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation with driver details within 24 hours or before your journey begins. We do not take credit card details over the phone. Payments for phone bookings can be made via bank transfer.

Lowest Price Guarantee

If you find a lower quote from another accredited transfer provider in the Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Sunshine Coast region, we’ll match or beat it, subject to our availability and the following:

  • The quote must come from a registered, government-accredited Australian business with public liability insurance

  • The vehicle must be comparable to those offered by Unison Transfers

  • The quote must be presented before booking or within 24 hours after booking and before travel

  • The fare must be available to the general public and not be part of a special or closed group offer

  • Once we match the price, payment is required in full on the same day

Service Limitations

Unison Transfers reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed in our vehicles, as per Queensland law.

Subcontractors and Third Parties

If our own vehicles are not available, we may use trusted, registered transport providers. Unison Transfers acts only as a booking agent in these cases, and all responsibility for the journey is with the actual service provider. If you travel with a third-party provider, you agree to indemnify Unison Transfers for any losses or issues.

Client Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and notify us of any special needs or oversized luggage

  • Not misuse our website or post inappropriate material

  • Refrain from posting negative comments on social media without first attempting to resolve issues directly with us

  • Allow us to change prices or policies as needed

  • Not spam Unison Transfers or disrupt our business

Security Bonds and Fees

A security bond of $500 per vehicle may be required, payable by cash or credit card pre-authorisation. This will be refunded after incident-free travel. Cleaning fees may apply for spills ($100/hr) or bodily fluids (minimum $500). Damages will be reported to authorities. Overtime charges apply for delays.

General Terms

  • Unison Transfers may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any service at any time without notice

  • All prices listed are in Australian dollars

Confidentiality

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but cannot be held responsible for breaches caused by events outside our control (such as hacking). We may use your contact details to send updates or offers.

Liability and Indemnity

Unison Transfers’ maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking. You agree to indemnify us against any claims or losses arising from your use of our services or any breach of these terms.

COVID-19 Disclaimer

We take every reasonable step to keep vehicles clean and safe, but cannot eliminate the risk of infection entirely. By using our services, you accept this risk.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Queensland, Australia, and may be subject to binding arbitration in Queensland.
